THE INITIATIVE
Families should not be defined by the mistakes of a single member. The children of convicted prisoners often face insurmountable barriers to education and economic stability, perpetuating a cycle of poverty and disadvantage. Tasuwwar Umeed Foundation (TUF), in a historic collaboration with the Government of Sindh, launched the Paigham-e-Pakistan Scholarship Program to offer these deserving families a true second chance. This pioneering initiative is built on compassion and justice, ensuring these young minds have guaranteed access to education, from school right up to university, transforming potential stigma into powerful success stories.

Launching Ceremony – Central Jail Karachi
The launching ceremony of the scholarship program for children of convicted prisoners was held at Central Jail Karachi, attended by key government officials, education stakeholders, and civil society representatives.
